Accessing your patient record online

From 1st April 2015 if you are registered with the practice for online services you will have access to a summary of your Patient Record.

To view key details from your Electronic Health Record follow this link and log onto Patient Emis Access as normal, then click the My Summary Patient Record link which should now appear on the menu on on the Home page.  You can also register online for online access but will need to present to surgery with a proof of ID for the surgery to activate for you.
The summary will include details of the following:
  • allergies
  • drug sensitivities
  • repeat medication (current and past)
Click Back to return to the Home page.
If you wish ongoing full access to your records including results you will need to call in to surgery to pick up an application form which will need to be returned with a current proof of ID.
